Nairobi to Amboseli National Park
Location: Nairobi to Amboseli Accommodation: Amboseli Lodge (e.g., Kibo Safari Camp, Amboseli Sopa, or similar)
You will be picked up from your Nairobi hotel or the airport at 7:00 AM. We drive south-east towards the Kenyan-Tanzanian border. The journey takes approximately 4-5 hours. We arrive at Amboseli National Park in time for a hot lunch at your lodge.
After lunch and a brief rest, we embark on an afternoon game drive. The afternoon light provides a stunning backdrop for viewing the first herds of elephants against the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro. We return to the lodge just before sunset for dinner.

Wake up early to the sounds of the African bush. We enjoy an early morning game drive—this is the best time to see lions returning from the hunt and to spot Kilimanjaro before the clouds roll in.
We return to the lodge for a hearty breakfast. After checking out, we enjoy one final short game drive or visit the Observation Hill for a panoramic view of the swamps and the dry lake bed. We then drive back to Nairobi, arriving in the late afternoon for drop-off at your hotel or the airport.
